Payment and cancellation policy:

Payment is due upon receipt of services.

Wealth Acupuncture accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation policy: 24-business hour cancellation notice by telephone or text for follow-up visits. First office calls require a 48-business hour cancellation notice. Monday follow-up visits must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Friday; Monday first visits by the previous Thursday.

I am happy to issue an itemized receipt (superbill) for each visit that can be submitted for reimbursement since many insurance companies cover out-of-network providers. Flex plans also cover acupuncture and massage, and they are a great way to reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
