Return office call: $124 (approximately 50 minutes: includes a short intake and a full acupuncture treatment.)

Half Acupuncture/Half Maya: $142 (approximately 50 minutes: includes a short intake, a front Maya treatment, and a full acupuncture treatment.)

Chinese Herbal Consult: $75 (approximately 30 minutes, does not include the price of the herbs)

Cupping, Moxa, Tui Na, Gua Sha (scraping): $20 additional

Child First Office Call: $150 (approximately 50 minutes)

Child Return Office Call: $90 (approximately 25 minutes)

Maya Abdominal Therapy

First office call: $255 (approximately 80 minutes: includes an in-depth intake, a front and back Maya treatment, and a self care tutorial.)

Return office call: $155 (approximately 40 minutes: includes a short intake and a front and back Maya treatment.)

Payment and cancellation policy:

Payment is due upon receipt of services.

Cancellation policy: 48-business hour cancellation or rescheduling notice by telephone or text for follow-up visits or the full cost of the appointment is charged. (Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Thursday.) First office calls require a 72-business hour cancellation or rescheduling notice by telephone or text or the full cost of the appointment is due. (Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Wednesday.)

Insurance:

I am happy to issue an itemized receipt (superbill) for each visit that can be submitted for reimbursement since many insurance companies cover out-of-network providers. Flex plans and HSA and FSA plans also cover acupuncture and massage, and they are a great way to reduce your out-of-pocket cost. Wealth Acupuncture accepts HSA and FSA cards.
